Inside Sales (part-time)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing individual for the position of Part-time Inside Sales Representatives to generate sales leads for our business clients throughout North America. This is an excellent opportunity to put your sales skills to use. The position requires generating sales leads via telephone and ongoing support to outside sales representatives.

Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Lead generation via telephone with potential customers throughout North America
  • Ongoing support to outside sales representative throughout the sales process
  • Account and relationship management of one or two clients
  • Identifying best practices in lead generation, business to business marketing initiatives, and managing client relations
  • High focus on providing exceptional service to internal and external customers

Experience/Skills Required

  • 2 years experience in Inside Sales or cold calling, call centre or telemarketing
  • Lead generation experience (1 year)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and scheduling skills
  • Enjoy speaking with people
  • Professional telephone manner a must

Experience / Skills Preferred

  • Outside sales experience (2 years)
  • Entrepreneurial background
  • Customer service experience (2 years)

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base hourly wage plus commission. Some training will be provided.
